All items are sold FOB from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, therefore the buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs including fuel surcharges and/or additional services. You may elect to pay the freight company directly, then we will ship your merchandise Freight Collect, or you can pay us for all freight charges and we will ship your merchandise Freight Prepaid. In either case you own your merchandise in transit and are responsible for filing any damage shortage or breakage claims with the freight company.
Additional Charges:
Standard truck delivery is to a dock facility designed to receive freight. Someone must be present to accept truck deliveries because the driver is not obligated to assist with offloading. Additional charges may apply if your order requires delivery accessorial services such as lift gate, call before delivery or inside delivery. To avoid any "unexpected additional charges" it is important you check off or write down any special instructions or shipping requirements you have during submission of your order in the shipping section. Or it will be shipped by standard truck delivery and you are responsible to unload the merchandise goods from the truck with your own labor help. Driver will not help in unloading merchandise.
If for some reason we are billed for any "unexpected additional charges" we reserve the right to charge the credit card provided for any amount we receive from the shipping company plus an extra 10% service charge. Or we will bill your account immediately.
Dollar Store USA believes in smooth and careful handling of your shipment with expedited service. We have good discount programs with different trucking companies.
Our aim is to provide the lowest freight charges to our customer.
Delivery time is based on your store location, approximately 2 - 7 business days.
50% Re-Stocking charges on Store Fixtures and Custom Orders.
The customer must pay the Freight charges, both ways on the return merchandise.
All shipments before leaving our distribution center would be checked for broken or damage merchandise, however accidents do happen in shipping, therefore at the time of receiving you should check your shipment and make claim if any through the shipping company and make sure the driver makes a note on the bill lading before he leaves your premises.
Damages or Breakage:
Dollar Store USA inspects each order to insure goods are intact prior to shipping. Dollar Store USA is not responsible for damages or breakage especially "glass Items" during shipping.
If breakage occurs, contact the trucking company directly for your claim.

Minimum order is $ 900.00 on Dollar store items and $ 400.00 on jewelry, hair accessories, toys and cosmetics.

All prices are net F.O.B. Los Angeles, CA Warehouse; thus the customer will pay all freight charges. Titles of merchandise passes on to buyer at origin; customer owns goods in transit and must file all claims for loss, damage of freight, overcharges with the freight carrier

Claims for defective merchandise must be reported in writing within 2 days of receipt of goods. Carton shortages must be indicated on carrier's delivery receipt bill of lading and file claim with the freight company directly.

No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization and a return authorization number. Returns and cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fees'. Invoice copies and delivery copies must accompany all returns.
Dollar Store USA reserves the right to substitute the items ordered (if out of stock) with similar items in the same categories or with new arrivals to complete the order and make full pallets to get the best rate on the freight charges.

PAYMENT TERMS are as follows: |
a) Prepayment; Cashier's Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer and Company Check.
b) Credit Card: Visa, master Card, Discover and American Express Cards
c) Net 30 Days: D & B rated customers may be eligible to open 30-day accounts on approved credit. A signed credit application is required.
d) Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise is subject to stock availability. Dollar Store USA, shall not be responsible for any typographical errors, packing or design changes. Liability of Dollar Store USA is limited to maximum to the purchase price of merchandise
The internal laws of the state of California shall govern the performance of these terms and conditions, without regard to such state's conflict of laws principles.
You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Los Angeles or Orange County for the state of California, USA, for all disputes arising out of sales contract or relating to the terms and conditions of Dollar Store USA and the use of the web site.
